My Vacancies

I am currently expecting again with our 2^nd baby and as I am due at the end of April / beginning of May, I am finishing childminding 26th March with my maternity leave commencing in May. I am therefore not currently advertising any vacancies at present.

I will however be returning back to childminding in February 2011 and would recommend contacting me much nearer the time should you be looking for a placement for your child. I can then place you on my enquiries list and discuss your childcare requirements much nearer the time.

Fees

My fees are set out on a daily rate although an hourly rate is also available for circumstances such as half days. For details of my full rates, please get in touch using the 'Contact Me' page.

I have found it more effective to offer parents an 'all in' fee relieving parents of having to bring daily items for their child. My all in fee includes:

· Meals, snacks and drinks;

· Taking children to and from school, nursery or toddlers group;

· Nappies, wipes, creams and disposable bags;

· Formula milks and dairy milks

· Craft materials

· Toys and equipment

· Toddler group admission fees

· General trips out and entry fees

· Mileage for any trips out

The quotation fee you will receive is the childminding fee you will pay per day or per week and there will be no added extra costs for special outings. It's all included in my 'all in' fee.

I must however stress, my fees do not include:

· transportation costs for collecting from or dropping a child at home

· termly preschool, playschool or nursery fees

My Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance, i.e. Monday for the week ahead. Payment can be made weekly or monthly but will always be required in advance. Should a place be required at Busy Buzy Bumblebees, you will be asked to pay a deposit to hold your childs place and this will be deducted off your last months fees should you wish to terminate with me.

Ways to Pay

My preferred method of payment is by bank transfer or standing order however, I do accept:

· Direct Debit / Standing Order

· Cash

· Childcare Vouchers

· Online Banking

ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE

Failure to pay on the agreed date is breach of your contract and will therefore incur a late payment fee on a daily basis until fees are paid in full. Late payment may also lead to the loss of your childcare place with Busy Buzy Bumblebees Childminding.
